Dee "Ars Speculum" $5 Silver 2022 Antique Finish is the second coin in "The Alchemists" series, dedicated to the memory and honor of famous and historically significant alchemists who sought ways to turn base metals into gold. Dr. John Dee used the "Ars speculum," resembling a hand mirror, as a tool to contact angels. Additionally, the reverse of the coin is decorated with a black Swarovski® crystal.The item is minted from Ag.999 silver, weighing 62.2 grams, diameter 50 mm, antiqued. The outstanding Lithuanian Mint is responsible for the limited mintage of 500 pieces. The product is delivered in individual, original packaging. Coins are legal tender in the issuer's country.The Obverse: The silver coin shows the image of Queen Elizabeth II, the inscription "ELIZABETH II", "NIUE" and the nominal value, purity of the metal and the year of minting the coin. The obverse was designed by Ian Rank-Broadley.The Reverse: shows John Dee, stylized alchemical elements and the Ouroboros snake. The reverse contains the inscription "ARS SPECULUM", "DR. J. DEE" and a black Swarovski® crystal.
