Niue: ET Colored Coin - 40th Anniversary of the Film 2 oz Silver 2022 Shaped Coin is a silver bullion copy that depicts the title character of the film - The Extra-Terrestrial.  The film premiered in 1982 and tells the story of a visitor from another planet who came to Earth and befriended the human child Elliott. In 2022, the film celebrates the 40th anniversary of its film adaptation.The value was minted from pure Ag.999 bullion, weighing two troy ounces. The shape of the coin resembles ET's head. The copy has individual, original packaging.The obverse of the silver coin is decorated with the image of Queen Elizabeth II and the coat of arms of Niue, along with information about the nominal value, year of minting the coin, weight and purity of the metal. The obverse was designed by Ian Rank-Broadley.Reverse silver coin shows ET's colored head.
