About the product

The Year of the Tiger bullion coin, inspired by the Chinese calendar, is the third installment of the Lunar III lunar series.  The coin is a continuation of the Lunar series from the renowned Perth Mint. The item was minted from pure Ag.9999 silver, weighing five troy ounces and having a diameter of 60.6 mm. Importantly, the Year of the Tiger 2022 coin is guaranteed by the Australian government and is a legal tender in the issuer's country.The obverse of the silver Year of the Tiger coin is decorated with the image of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Jody Clark. The whole is surrounded by the inscription "ELIZABETH II", "AUSTRALIA" and information about the nominal value, weight and mintage quality.Reverse it shows the figure of an adult tiger with a baby tiger. The talented designer Jennifer McKenna is responsible for this year's reverse image.
